WH: Americans Need to “Be Patient,” Election Results May Take “A Few Days"

The White House on Monday cautioned that the winners of the midterm elections may not be immediately apparent in some races, estimating that it would take several days to count all the ballots. “That is how this is supposed to work,” explained press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.
