McCarthy: Biden Admin Has "Made a Decision to Leave Americans There" in Afghanistan

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said Friday at his press briefing that Biden's State Department still has not provided an exact number of Americans remaining in Afghanistan because the administration has made a decision to leave Americans behind and wants to avoid scrutiny from the American public.
