Black Leadership Network Leader: Biden’s “Green Agenda” Puts Blacks at “Back of the Political Bus”

During a press conference Tuesday of black leaders who oppose President Biden’s “Build Back Better” agenda, Horace Cooper, the co-chairman of the Project 21 Advisory Board, said Biden’s “green agenda” is “demonstrating that once again blacks are supposed to go to the back of the political bus.” Cooper claimed that the bill contains provisions will reward wealthy elites while make housing dramatically less affordable for black households.
