A Small Step for Religious Freedom, But a Large Step for a 'Divided' Supreme Court

The Supreme Court rules 9-0 in favor of religious freedom, barring the City of Philadelphia from denying contracts to Catholic groups that refuse to condone same-sex marriage. Still, I give "two cheers" rather than three for the decision and here's why.
