The Renault 5 Turbo 3E is the French firm's fastest and most advanced car ever, complete with 533bhp, rear-wheel drive and a raft of stunning aero tweaks.

Based loosely on the Renault 5 supermini, it sits on a bespoke, all-aluminum platform with its own beefed-up bodywork and a pair of in-wheel motors at the rear. Just 1980 of these radical, one-of-a-kind machines are going to be made, and each of them are likely to be priced above £100k.
