McCarthy: Dems Military Spending Cut Prohibits Modernization

At a press conference Friday, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) told reporters that as China continues to upgrade their military and country, Democrats are cutting spending to the military prohibiting the U.S. from modernizing.
