Elements of North Carolina and Oklahoma National Guards, assisted by 101st Airborne from Fort Campbell, KY help in providing hurricane relief to victims of Hurricane Helene in North Carolina. This effort is being orchestrated and organized by retired Special Forces operatives. Guard and active duty military are taking direction from the volunteer civilian operation. This footage is from Savage Operations Center, staged at Harley-Davidson of Asheville under the leadership of former Green Beret Adam Smith.
