Thanks to Illinois Gov. Pritzker the state might become a safe space for illegal immigrants. The governor signed a law that requires law enforcement to stop the housing of illegal immigrants in a privately-run prison. The facilities are currently being used to house illegal immigrants as they wait for a court hearing. The new law tells local governments to STOP all ICE contracts by January 2022 and new agreements cannot be formed. Is this something the people of Illinois want?
