Why is the customer service industry sucking? Many restaurants are having a difficult time hiring people, especially after the government keeps paying them to stay home and not work. In a recent drive-through experience, it became very clear that the fast-food industry needs to change, because people aren’t motivated to work, and if they are working, they have a “hate my life” attitude. Why is good help hard to find?
