Julio Rosas spoke with Bill Monaghan, a resident of Springfield, Ohio, to get to the source of the rising tensions in the area. Monaghan explained that although the massive influx of Haitian immigrants has been linked to duck disappearances, deaths as a result of reckless driving, and women feeling unsafe in their hometown, the local administration has insinuated that anyone who speaks up is a racist. But these scare tactics haven't intimidated everyone.
