Do Democrats want to MONITOR text messages for ’misinformation’?

There was one sentence in a recent Politico article about COVID vaccine misinformation that peaked Glenn’s interest: 'Biden allied groups, including the Democratic National Committee, are also planning to engage fact-checkers more aggressively and work with SMS carriers to dispel misinformation about vaccines that is sent over social media and text messages.' Well, that doesn’t sound good. What exactly does this mean, who exactly is involved, and what exactly classifies as ‘misinformation’? We want and deserve ANSWERS!
