Nearly 45 days ago, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said she feared an ‘impending doom’ if the nation opened too soon. But now, less than two months later, her agency suddenly reversed its mask guidelines, saying Americans who’ve received the vaccine no longer need to wear a face covering outside OR indoors. CDC officials say they’re just following the ‘science,’ but as Glenn points out, the science showed very promising trends as early as January of this year. So what’s REALLY going on? Why the sudden change?
