HEROES! Good Samaritans RUSH to Help Police Lift Car Off Elderly Cyclist

Several good Samaritans rushed to help Watsonville police officers rescue a 65-year-old cyclist trapped under a car. The officers were attempting to pull over a driver in a stolen Honda when he jumped out and let the moving vehicle strike the cyclist. 22-year-old Enrique Garcia was arrested minutes after the crash and faces multiple charges related to this incident.
