Taiwan is one of the biggest semiconductor chip manufacturers, they have never been governed by China, and with the chip shortage in the US, this administration puts a nothing burger ‘CHIPS’ Bill forward - that will not do anything to bolster the U.S.’s competitiveness in this area.
