Expert: Leaders once scared of Trump are TESTING Biden with cyber attacks

Why have there been so many cyber attacks against the U.S. in the last few months alone? Hacking groups in Russia recently targeted both our oil and food industries, and China tried to attack the New York subway system. Richard Grenell, former Acting Director of National Intelligence, tells Glenn world leaders are ‘testing the Biden administration.’ They’re trying to see how our Commander in Chief will react, test his limits, and see how far they can push the United States. And, so far, he’s proving that he lacks the kind of strength former President Trump exuded to the rest of the world.
