PLANNED LEGISLATION: TX Rep. Beth Van Duyne On Dems Upcoming Legislation In Response to Uvalde

Dana (@DLoesch/@DanaLoeschRadio) talks with TX Rep. Beth Van Duyne (@BethVanDuyne / @RepBethVanDuyne), Congresswoman for Texas’ 24th District on the school shooting in Uvalde and the Democrat response, which is legislation that wouldn’t have prevented this tragedy but would definitely punish the law abiding and put more control in the hands of government. Universal background checks (national firearms registry), wouldn’t have stopped this tragedy, as the shooter passed 2 background checks.

So, while Democrats are working on giving more power to government and taking freedoms away from the law abiding, Democrats ALSO blocked real solutions like hardening schools, for example - one entry from the outside, SRO’s, mental health care and more.

Schumer vowed to force votes on the useless Democrat proposed legislation after Memorial Day, so they aren’t interested in actual solutions, but rather more government control. Stay tuned for updates...
