Jason Buttrill, head writer and researcher for Glenn Beck, says the government used to funnel money to groups like the Tides Foundation, which would in turn disburse the funds to progressive groups and make the money disappear. Buttrill says USAID was able to give money to foreign governments as a form of bribery before it entered the DOGE’s crosshairs.
