Nearly 50 new government defendants have been added to the lawsuit, alleging the government-induced censorship of state officials and others on social media.

According to a new court filing, the FBI team that communicated with Facebook before the social media company censored the original Hunter Biden laptop story has been identified.

The midterm election is less than a month away. Everyone's attention is on the battleground states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, and Wisconsin. The Republicans are tied with, or slightly ahead of, the Democrats in terms of support since they have stepped up their advertising efforts, despite being behind in the polls. But the real dark horse may be in New York State.
