A sixth Texas Democrat who traveled to D.C., to avoid voting on an election bill, has tested positive for the coronavirus. A Pelosi aide and a White House staffer who met the Texas Democrats have also tested positive.

Deadly floods rage across China’s Henan province. Viral videos show people trapped inside subway trains and vehicles. The floods also caused a huge explosion to an aluminum plant. This tragedy is apparently man-made.
