Senator Mike Lee believes the Supreme Court justices already know who leaked the upcoming decision on Roe v. Wade and that the person responsible WILL face consequences. He tells Glenn the leak likely was part of the left's overall plan to delegitimize SCOTUS, a move from their 'playbook' to pack the court. And if they are successful, Sen. Lee says, the court will become a political arm of the government rather than an arbitrary body to independently determine the meaning of law — something a successful republic needs. Pack the court, he says, and America no longer will be a nation that lives under the rule of law...
