"VERY CONCERNING" -- South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) says when it comes to individuals like Bill Gates buying up America's farmland, they should be treated with the same concern as foreign countries trying to do the same. Gates is considered to be the country's largest private owner of farmland.
