A decade ago, I wrote a book about becoming George Washington, in which I had the audacity to say that everybody has the potential for his kind of greatness — to become an indispensable man or woman. Today, I want to talk to you about a different George, one who we see almost every Christmas: George Bailey of "It's a Wonderful Life." He's not a hero because he built skyscrapers and bridges. He thought he was a failure because of that! He was a hero because of the daily sacrifices he made for his family, customers, and community. And because of that, he was the one man who could stand against the tide of evil. I believe each and every one of us has the potential for that kind of greatness. You just need to have the guts to believe it — and say it — yourself...
