Perhaps climate activist Greta Thunberg should “just sail to China” and foment some political dissent against Xi Jinping, says Sky News host Chris Kenny.

His comments come after Ms Thunberg slammed Joe Biden’s climate policy, claiming the US President is doing “not nearly enough”.

“While the US was out of Paris, its emissions reduced. China – which loves the Paris agreement – continued to grow its emissions, of course it will for many years to come,” Mr Kenny said.

“Perhaps Greta ought to sail to China and foment some political dissent against Xi Jinping”.

“I doubt she will.”
