Famed attorney Alan Dershowitz tells Glenn that he would be “very upset” if he was one of the people Biden pardoned in his last few days in office. Members of Biden’s family, Dr. Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and January 6th Committee members all received preemptive pardons, allegedly to stop Trump from taking revenge on them. But Dershowitz argues that now, they look guilty and have lost their right to plead the 5th. So, if they’re subpoenaed before Congress, they MUST admit the truth.
