Instead of calling out this behavior, those in attendance cheered on the use of force showing that they don’t have any principals. They will willingly use any power they get to punish their opponents without a second thought. Elijah, Sydney, and Sara don’t want to share a state with these people and discuss the importance of fighting to keep states like Texas red even if it means making people uncomfortable.
