Does the government have the right to mandate vaccines for its citizens? Is the Biden administration's vaccine mandate for private sector employees actually in effect? The federal government’s vaccine policy has created nothing but confusion. Several Republican attorneys general have said that Biden’s federal mandate for COVID-19 vaccinations hasn’t yet come into effect for private businesses.

After losing a series of lawsuits, the Biden administration has finally said it will comply with the Supreme Court's order to restart the Trump administration's Migrant Protection Protocols with Mexico, starting in November.

The case where a female student was sexually assaulted in a girls’ bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt in Loudoun County, Virginia is finally gaining national attention. Last Friday, in a turn of events, the Loudoun County school superintendent publicly apologized for the incident, and a school board member resigned.
