"I'm Sorry!" DUI Suspect and Passenger Attempt to Run from Police

Two men fled on foot after police spotted an SUV driving at night without its lights on in Pierce County, Washington, and also driving over the white fog line, causing officers to suspect a DUI and initiate a traffic stop. The two men were caught after fleeing the vehicle and a foot chase, with the driver being arrested for a DUI and possession of a stolen vehicle, while the passenger was charged with taking a motor vehicle without permission.
